OC: Scarlet Rose

^_^ I got bored one day awhile ago, and I just drew an body for my other OC Elizabeth...but I didn't want to draw her again so I ended up with Scarlet ^^ I used my Prisma markers for some practice so thats why she may look a wee bit funny As you will notice...the date I drew her is ways back...I've just been really lazy
